1. Sending something back

   Start the return from the same order — the store issues the label and the refund.

   AGYM offers 30 days of money back or exchange on its scratchers and toys. Message the seller through your order and describe the problem.

3. Missing screws or parts

   Write to the seller through your order page and list what is missing; keep the box until it is sorted out.
