Parcels and delivery

1. Ordering

Each button opens the product at the online store that stocks and ships it. Delivery dates, shipping cost and tracking appear there before you pay.

2. When it arrives

Posts and the wall tree come flat-packed with hardware and instructions; cardboard pads are ready to use once unwrapped.

3. Where's my parcel?

Tracking lives on your order page at the store you bought from.
